These terms apply when you buy from laatu.store. We’ve kept them as short and clear as the law allows. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. YOUR ORDER
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract between us starts when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. If we can’t accept your order, for example because an item has sold out, we’ll tell you and refund any payment in full.
We sell to consumers in the UK only. You must be 18 or over to place an order.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. We accept major debit and credit cards and PayPal. If we’ve made an obvious pricing mistake, we’ll contact you before dispatch. You can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. GIFT CARDS
Gift cards can be spent on laatu.store and don’t expire.
They can’t be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
Please treat gift card codes like cash. We may not be able to replace a code that has been lost, shared or used without your permission.
5. DELIVERY
We dispatch orders within one to two working days and currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Orders usually arrive within one to three working days after dispatch.

The goods become your responsibility once they’ve been delivered to you, or to someone you’ve asked to receive them on your behalf.
Ownership passes to you once we’ve received payment in full.
6. CHANGING YOUR MIND
You can cancel your contract for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive your goods, and you then have a further 14 days to send them back.
We extend this. You have 28 days from delivery to return an item.

You pay the cost of returning the goods unless they’re faulty or not what you ordered.
We’ll refund the price within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you sending us proof of postage if that’s sooner.
If you return your whole order, we’ll also refund the standard delivery charge you paid.
This right doesn’t apply to sealed hygiene products, including hand care and fragrance products, once they’ve been unsealed.
If an item has been handled more than is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value.
7. FAULTY GOODS
Everything we sell must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If it isn’t, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You can reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that, we’ll repair or replace them, and if that doesn’t work, refund you. Tell us at hello@laatu.store.
8. OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU
If we fail to comply with these terms, we’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that was a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or negligence. We aren’t responsible for losses that weren’t foreseeable. Our products are supplied for domestic and private use only. We aren’t liable for business losses, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
9. YOUR INFORMATION
We use your personal data as set out in our Privacy & Cookies policy.
10. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We do our best to ensure product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information on the site are accurate.
Many of the products we sell are made in small batches or by independent makers. Minor differences in colour, finish, packaging or appearance may occur from time to time. These variations don’t affect the quality or intended use of the product.
11. CONTENT ON THIS SITE
Unless otherwise stated, the writing, photographs, films, logos and other content on laatu.store belong to Laatu Lifestyle Ltd or the makers we work with.
Please ask permission before copying, reproducing or using any of this content.
All trademarks, product names and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.
12. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We aren’t responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These may include severe weather, transport disruption, industrial action, supplier shortages, pandemics, power failures or interruptions to postal and courier services.
If this happens, we’ll do our best to keep you informed and minimise any disruption.
13. DISPUTES
If something goes wrong, email us first. Most things can be put right quickly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one on the site when you place your order.
